Unable to order the 5 fingers benefit dvd

When I click on the DVD link from either the home page,or from the DVD order area..the next page for the order is BLANK..NOTHING IN ANY OF THE ORDER BLANKS..shows a $0.00 order!

If this is happening to ANYONE ELSE..this would explain the low number of dvd orders for the benefit as well..

I forwarded this to Support as well..wanting to help out this way as well..but the page wont let me order the DVD.
