Thank you for your help. I think that a lot of times, a guy may feel more embarrassed to be naked than a woman! I think most of us get naked because it feels good, not necessarily to show off. It does feel pretty good, though it is difficult to overcome the sense of "shame " drilled into us by our parents. I still cannot overcome it. I just still feel hangups aboutbeing naked. Helen, and others, how did you overcome such feelings? OR did your parents raise you differently than my religious fundamentalist mother did? Thanks for the help. I would do anything to overcome this upbringing which has ruined my life.
