I've looked on my two visits, and no can do that I can tell. On a place or two on the net there are listed a few nude beaches on the cape but I couldn't find any.
The closest place to go nude that I am aware of is in Loreto up the east coast probably a five hour drive, and that place closed though I hear it reopened under different management.
