I think Ritz and Wolf Camera joined forces a while back. I've had both nude and sexual photos developed at Wolf for years and have never had any problems. I once asked the people at Wolf what their rules were around content in the photos. They basically go with whatever is legal in the particular location.
If you don't want to walk into your local store you can always do mail-in to one of the Confidential photo processors listed in the ads in various swinger magazines. I used one of those for a while until either they or the USPS lost a couple of rolls of film.
