There are hundreds, if not thousands, of co-ed saunabads in Germany.
If you could tell us where you'll be, maybe somebody could point you in the right direction.
Pretty much any indoor public pool facility will have a sauna ("saunabad") with days or times for men, women, and mixed (gemeinshaft sauna). And, if you don't find one that fits your needs, you can always drive 15 kilometers away and find another.
