I'm afraid you will be out of luck. The type of spas one finds in Germany and Austria do not exist in Paris or London.
There may be small, privately owned "swinger" saunas...but if you are referring to the massive - and non-sexual - co-ed/fkk thermal/wellness palaces that you would find in Bad Aachen, Weisbaden, Baden Baden etc. they just aren't there.
