try lighthouse beach (go to robert moses state park field 5 and walk east 10 minutes). very couple and female friendly, especially on the weekends. my girlfriend and i usually go together, but sometimes due to work schedules, she sometimes goes alone. to avoid pervs, she simply hangs out near some other couples or groups. try it im sure you'll like it... parking lot fills up early on weekends.
