my wife and I spent a lot of time at Caesar's "European-style" pool and it was great. more than a dozen women taking part every time we were out there, most young and very attractive. Also a very friendly environment, everyone talking and comfortable with the toplessness. Met a couple that recommended a great resort in Jamaica to us, when she got back from getting a drink the guy teased her "what are you doing with your top on?", she immediately pulled it off. Only problem is that it isn't completely nude so I can't join in.
