We have encountered some problems with logins but never where you could access one part but not the other. There's always a first time, I guess. Send a trouble ticket to the office tomorrow morning.

If you try logging into the video clips and it asks for your login a second time, just enter it again. I'm not sure why it does this, but we will have a single unified login system later in the year. In any case your browser should remember your login for you.
