I used to live in Miami, I sadly rarely if ever saw spring breakers at Haulover, well, let me re-phrase that - I did see occasional groups of frat-types with crunched up ball caps walking up and down the beach snickering and yelling homophobic comments. actually I have seen groups of females on spring break there, but they never get totally nude, only topless and they'll usually sit in the gay section.
