The topless area I beleive is somewhere in the teens....like 14th to 18th St, or some such. Near the Delano Hotel, if I remember correctly. I was there a few days in January and although I was on the beach early in the morning there were still a few topless bathers. They rent out these hugh mattress-type beach chairs there too, I bet that helps loosen up the inhibitions.
Remember, this week and next are the two most popular college spring break weeks. Close to 2 million students on break. And with Miami Beach welcoming the Spring Breakers I'm sure things will be jumping. Pack your camera.
Mr. Haulover: Did you notice larger crowds at Haulover with the college break? I'm curious to get more info. Does the South Beach college crowd make their way down to Haulover at all during the week?
