Questions regarding topless at South beach?

I don't know where you heard it was less but, I don't think that is the case, depending on when you go, but I have seen women go topless early in the morning, so when you go plan on staying the entire day, bring a bicycle to get up and down the beach faster and you will see more topless females.
One in a hundred, naw. its a bit more then that being topless if you get the right day. Maybe some don't go often to see it, but going the right day, and with a combo of, the weekend and great weather, you will see alot of females going topless. The best section i think is the part of the beach from about 5th to 15th street, but according to someone, there is no such thing as a "best section" When I ride and shoot, I don't hide my shooting, maybe you'll see me sometime, maybe we could shoot together and gain some pointers as to what and how to shoot better? Even though the cops show up sometimes and bother you as per complaints they get , there is nothing that they can do, cept for try and scare some of us from shooting.
Now then, any other questions about SOUTH-BEACH?

: Most women are not topless. The occasional woman will be topless. It has been that way for a long time and continues that way. It has always been such a small number that it is hard to say if it is less or more than before.

: Of course there are lots of people in the hot summer. As I said, the occasional woman will be topless, maybe one in a hundred if you are lucky. I do not think anyone has actually done a scientific count.
