Some questions regarding topless at South beach?

Hello,
I have heard that there is not so common with topless at South beach (Miami beach) any more compared with some years ago, do you agree with that?

Where is the best part of the beach for topless (not nude)?

And how much topless and people is it on the beach during June-July?
