Maybe I need a late pass to this thread, but...I think we shouldn't burden Cocco with what might be "mission creep".

Coccozella's main mission is to document nude events and recreation with photos and video. That's it. IMHO, y'all do a GREAT job at this. I don't think we need to add "nude beach resource guide" to Coccozella's mission. After all, there are full book guides for this, that take years to update - which should give you a sense of how hard it is for someone doing it full time. Let Coccozella focus on its one mission, which is difficult in itself - photography and video of nude recreation - and if others are that hungry for nude beach info, they'll do what anybody else who's passionate about some idea or cause does - they'll start their own website a/o scene.

: It appears to be a perpetual question. People write and ask the same questions over and over. Unfortunately, the nude beach reviews found on other websites are usually focused on things that provide only a partial picture. I'd love to see a website that has consistent information that can compare these beaches.

: San Francisco Bay Guardian (SFBG) used to have such a site for nude beaches with categories, but they quit covering Southern California and are also less informative in their recent updates.

: Here's what I'd love to see answered about all the nude beaches from Croatia to Mexico:

: 1. General atmosphere
: 2. General make up of crowd - ergo, age, marital status, sexual orientation, etc.
: 3. Typical number of beach goers and how that changes over the seasons and on weekend vs. weekdays
: 4. ***Ratio*** of men versus women (rarely addressed on forums)
: 5. Percent that go nude, percent that go topless
: 6. Climate, seasons and how they change the numbers and character of the crowd
: 7. Legal climate - legal issues
: 8. Logistics - location, direction and where to park
: 10. Comments, issues, problems

: Most of what I've seen written in reviews will only focus on, say, numbers 1, 7 and 8. They don't relay much.

: The Hot Tub has a tremendous number of experienced beach goers. I learned more about Spain and their beaches from this forum than all the other websites and travel journals combined!

: Do others agree? How about it Cocco?
