Gunnison has changed over the last few years, wouldn't say its gone "down" necesarily. The place used to be mainly frequented by gays, hardcore nudists, neo-hippies, voyeurs and other fringe-y type people - over the last 5 or so years I've noticed an influx of so-called "normal" people - college and post-college kids, suburban "milfs" etc. tons of groups of girls, on weekends the ferry brings hordes of NYC hipster types - however majority of these new nude beach aficionados opt to just go topless, unfortunately
