For those that are not into it, there are a lot of mistaken beliefs about it. First, although I enjoy the concept, I am strictly heterosexual and actually prefer being in a situation wherein the women are nude as well. My love of female nudity is why I created the California Dreamers video series, and why there's not a lot of CFNM in those. I know I am similar to many others into CFNM.

CFNM for me as well as many men can be a form of foreplay, to sexually tease women with expectation that it may lead to more physical. Being naked and objectified by women prior to the sexual encounter is erotic. I first began enjoying this as a male stripper to earn my way through college, and many CFNM themes are along this line. It is also a fantasy for some men to validate the desirability of their bodies (in this regards, we are very similar to many pole dancing women).

CFNM also provides an opportunity for men to explore and enjoy exhibitionism in an environment whereby the women present enjoy it as well. It is this mutual enjoyment of the male's nudity between genders that is a key differentiating factor between CFNM and traditional "park bench flashing" and other types of aggressive exposure. Like many other CFNM enthusiasts, I abhor flashers. For us, the female *must* be interested in engaging in the activities. We are also careful using the term "exhibitionism" because many dictionaries and clinical psychological treatise define exhibitionism "a paraphilia whereby one gender (usually the male) seeks sexual arousal through exposing of genitals with the intent to surprise or shock the opposite gender". This traditional definition of exhibitionism is inconsistent with what most of us enjoy in it.

There is another type of CFNM that is enjoyed by many, which involves the feeling of exposure and vulnerability to the opposite gender. It can take the form of men simply providing naked servitude to women solely for the females' pleasure, or alternatively, be in the form of S&M activities whehereby clothed dominant women inflict psychological and physical pain to naked male subjects. These CFNM enthusiasts are often at odds with those that enjoy the "male stripper" variety.

As it pertains to content of Cocco's site, I truly believe that if people were honest, they will admit that most nudists enjoy being naked at a public venue such as a beach or park because they find it exhilarating and sexually arousing to exposure themselves (at least to some degree). Almost all members of this site are voyeurs and/or exhibitionists, and are here for sexual arousal. Those of us that enjoy CFNM in this same way do so because it enhances the feeling of exposure.
