No biker requirements but it always helps to blend into the crowd. Both events are very camera friendly but plan on long walks. Little Sturgis is a do-it-yourself event in terms of entertainment without any organized contests. People bring their own poles and sound systems. General consensus is that The Boogie is the better/wilder event but it just depends on the effort you want to put into it. I'll be at the Boogie.
