I would say summer months during the weekend, not that during the week is bad, but more people most areas all around go on the weekends...etc. wouldn't you agree, and the hotter it gets the more comes off, again wouldn't you agree. and of course the holiday weekends draw the most as long as it doesn't rain---etc. thats about it. have fun and don't forget ya camcorder and plenty of film and extra batteries, and the areas of south beach are as follows, 5th street up a ways to 15th street and if you have the chance and the know how to shoot nude beaches, don't forget HAULOVER at about 145street and collins ave. up in north Miami Beach, again a great place to shoot and a lot of nude.
And also even if it does rain, don't forget to have your own decent size umbrella, most of the rain down here passes fast if you have at least decent cover when it is raining!
