You must have bad luck or something. I've seen woman enjoy being topless numerous times at 10th street. However, its not every time i go. Spa88 i have not seen anyone.... although i don't go there that much. I say go for it if you want to do it. Especially if you are a woman, I don't think anyone would really make a big deal of..... men on the other hand....well.... you know its a different story....sad but true.

: Sorry to be the voice of doom again and again, but no, neither Tenth Street nor Spa 88 is okay with nudity. They sometimes turn a blind eye to toplessness, but only sometimes. Depends on who's working there the day you go, how crowded it is, etc. But you certainly don't see a lot of toplessness.
