I recently went to Riis Park.....but far far into Fort Tilden.....hardly anyone around...went nude...no problems....a couple of topless girls in thongs there......however I did have to cover up when the patrol came by horse on the beach.......and watch out for helicopters too.....seems they are looking.....but its really not that hard.

: Years ago, Riis Park was a nude beach. The first 2 beaches were CO. After years of protest from the Rockaway community, the CO aspect was taken away. I doubt you'll ever see the legal nudity return to that area.

I mean really, so tired of spending 2 hours in a car, the traffic, etc just to take my clothes off at the beach, which should be just allowed anyway.....what is the harm america?
