I live in the city, and if you relate.....it takes so damn long to get to either Sandy Hook or Lighthouse....I think its time NYC gets a new "CO" beach and I think Fort Tilden / Jacob Riis Park would be perfect.....so close but isolated....... already CO friendly....many woman topless..... nude if you take cover behind something..... How does one go about making this a reality???? I mean really, so tired of spending 2 hours in a car, the traffic, etc just to take my clothes off at the beach, which should be just allowed anyway.....what is the harm america? Anyway care to share?
