Sure.
Cold, foggy and typically mostly clothed. Very good for exhibitionism, if that's your thing (ie, flashing tourists), but not good for general nudism. Baker Beach is the closest beach, but it's hardly ever packed with nude people...often times, it's mostly a few nude men and crowds of tourists walking around, looking out of the corners of their sunglasses.
