Park at Field five; walk on the boardwalk at the northern end of the parking lot (towards the lighthouse). Once you get to the end of that boardwalk (it goes through some dunes; look for deer!), you'll see the stairs over the dunes to the beach. It will be clearly marked by the "you may encounter nude bathers" sign.
