Cap d'agde will be pretty busy in June, but it doesn't get insane until after July 15th. St Tropez has about the most beautiful beach I've ever seen, but the number of naturists will be far smaller than at d'agde.
The St Tropez beach is hard to get to, especially during the peak season. Expect traffic jams. The main drawback to d'agde is that there is too much concrete and the size is too big for some.

I'm not familiar with Vera Playa, but it is likely to be more like d'agde, which is a full service resort, than St Tropez, which is just a nice beach.
