If you can't get down to S. Beach to "research" this stat yourself, simply go to Erdman Video and click on their Miami Beach cam. All those little ants in the shots are people, and the overwhelming majority of women are not displaying fried eggs.

I was there from Oct. 2002 to July 2003 and then for Christmas and New Years 2004. Lived in Miami Shores then Ft. Lauderdale and came down to the beach weekends. Plenty of topfree girls. not majority but way more than 10% for sure. However when I said "that is the dress code..." I meant ladies CAN wear only g-string bottom on that whole stretch-no one will disallow it.
