If you haven't already, try Rio's in Kentish Town. Go on one of the nights when nudity is optional rather than compulsory. Most of the men go naked in the saunas and jacuzzis, but the women usually wear swimsuits. It's also clothing optional in the bar and TV lounges, but most people usually wear a towel. I wanted to be naked, but I felt inhibited being the only one that was, but I'm a shy bad looking guy.
