I have been, and there is a separate men's steam area that you can be nude in; the women's facilities are downstairs.
There is a shared sauna on the men's level, and the attendants have always made sure I had my robe on before going in. I would use it nude, but I have only been there when no one else has... I am not sure what would happen if a woman walked in. I haven't gone in a few months, or when it's busy, so others may have a different perspective.
The men's shower area is pretty visible from the public area on the first floor.
