I like the spa at the Parc Moceau Hotel near the Arc d'Triumphe. It is tres chic. However it is clothed. The Hamman is mixed and many girls are topless. When I go there I usually remove the towel around my waist and place it on the stone bench so I can lie it. It is a great way to steam away and relax. there are seperate saunas for men and women as well.
There also is a refreshing pool, but you need to wear a swimsuit. Overlooking the pool is one of the hotel's restaurnts with marvelous food.
