Rachael, It is a bit of a distance from Blacks Beach but not as far as Hawaii, I would suggest going to Laguna Del Sol clothing optional resort near Sacramento or Harbin Hot Springs near Middletown. Both are safe, singles and female friendly. Enjoy Deden
