Visited the Quarter last weekend, some strip clubs are open (Deja Vu chain), saw many people but NO flashing whatsoever, Quarter has a high level of security including National Guard. Mardi Gras is planned in 2006 but with a much reduced population in New Orleans, I can only hope for limited success! MLL from New Orleans,LA
