The rally

v: You have a few options depending on if you want water/power or just a place to pitch a tent/park the mini van. If you’re looking to pitch a tent or park the mini van and don’t care where just about anytime will work. The gates offically open Wednesday afternoon for regular ticket holders and Tuesday afternoon for Gold Rush ticket holders. There is a staging area for each of the two types of ticket holders. Last year the staging areas open on the Sunday morning. In previous years the staging areas have opened on the Wednesday a few days earlier.  The earlier you arrive the better chance for a spot with water/power or to be on titty alley if you want. They don’t allow anyone under 18 in the staging areas. If you have a large party of people and/or want some space you need to get there early. There is a limited # of spaces with water/power.

i will be in a motorhome but don’t care about water or power just want to be inside . i live about 7 hours away some people say they go the weekend before to park in line . i can’t do that .
